GetSorted ("we", "us", "our") is currently in a pre-launch phase, collecting early registrations from employers and hospitality professionals ahead of our full platform launch. This policy explains what we collect right now, and what will apply once the full platform goes live.
When you register your interest as an employer or a professional through our homepage, we collect:
This information is stored securely and used only to notify you when GetSorted launches, provide your registered early-access benefits (free trial period, founding member status), and occasionally update you on our launch progress. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Once GetSorted launches as a full hiring platform, additional information will be required to operate the service, including government ID for employer and professional verification, work history and profile details, ratings and reviews between employers and professionals, and messages exchanged on the platform. We will update this policy and notify registered users before that expanded collection begins.
Your registration data is stored with Supabase, a secure database provider, protected by access controls that prevent unauthorized reading of registrant data. Only GetSorted's founding team can access the list of registrations.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your registration data at any time by emailing us at support@letsgetsorted.in. We will action deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

These terms cover your use of GetSorted's pre-launch registration, and the early-access benefits offered to registrants. By registering, you agree to the terms below.
Registering as an employer or professional reserves your place ahead of GetSorted's full launch. Registration is free and does not create any binding obligation on you or on GetSorted, other than as described in these terms.
Registrants who sign up during the pre-launch period are eligible for two months of GetSorted Pro at no charge, a founding member badge, priority profile and job visibility for the first 90 days after launch, and early-adopter pricing locked in for future paid plans. These benefits are applied automatically to your account when the platform launches and you complete account setup, and may be subject to reasonable fair-use limits.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering, including your name, contact details, and business or role information. GetSorted reserves the right to remove registrations that appear fraudulent, spam, or duplicate.
GetSorted is under active development. Features, pricing, and the exact scope of early-access benefits described on this site may change before full launch. Registered users will be notified of material changes affecting their benefits.
Once GetSorted launches as a full hiring platform, use of the platform (job postings, applications, messaging, and hiring) will be governed by an updated Terms of Service covering the full service, which will be presented to you before you begin using those features.
